Job Description

Lovely Marbles & Sanitations is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing digital and offline campaigns, generating qualified leads, and enhancing brand visibility across target markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead and manage all marketing activities including brand management, digital marketing, advertising, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Drive lead generation initiatives to support showroom sales, project sales, and business development efforts.
- Manage the company's digital presence, including website, social media platforms, online advertising, and content marketing.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels while monitoring performance and ROI.
- Build and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, dealers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research,



competitor analysis, and customer insights studies to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, CRM, Customer Care, and Management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Organize and oversee exhibitions, product launches, architect meets, dealer meets, and brand activation events.
- Monitor brand consistency across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
- Prepare periodic reports, marketing dashboards, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or Business Development, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
