We are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser with 10–15 years of experience in an apparel export house. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in knit garments, costing, Time & Action (T&A;) management, and buyer communication. Candidates must have prior experience handling Skechers and should be capable of independently managing the complete order lifecycle from product development to shipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage Skechers buyer account and maintain strong buyer relationships.
- Handle end-to-end merchandising from order confirmation to final shipment.
- Prepare accurate garment costings and ensure target margins are achieved.
- Develop and monitor T&A; calendars to ensure on-time execution and delivery.
- Coordinate with sourcing, sampling, production, quality, and logistics teams.




- Follow up on fabric, trims, sample approvals, PP meetings, and bulk production.
- Resolve production and delivery issues proactively to meet buyer expectations.
- Ensure timely buyer communication, documentation, and shipment updates.
- Monitor order status and maintain merchandising MIS reports.

Requirements

- 10–15 years of merchandising experience in an apparel export house.
- Strong knowledge of knit fabrics, garment construction, costing, and T&A; management.
- Proven experience handling Skechers buyer is mandatory.
