Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse work and ensure smooth operations. The role involves handling inventory, supervising staff, and making sure stock is stored and dispatched properly.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day warehouse activities (inward, storage, dispatch)
- Check stock regularly and match physical stock with system records
- Do quality check (QC) of incoming and returned items
- Check refurbished items like furniture and appliances
- Ensure stock is kept at the right location and follow FIFO (First In First Out)
- Prepare items for delivery, transfer, or replacement
- Make sure all items are properly labeled and barcoded
- Report any stock mismatch, shortage, or damage
- Ensure proper handling to avoid damages
- Oversee cleaning of warehouse items when required
- Maintain record of consumables and ensure no stock shortage




- Follow safety rules and maintain proper warehouse standards

Requirements

- 1+ year experience in warehouse / inventory role
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations
- Comfortable using systems/ERP and barcode scanners
- Good team handling and coordination skills
- Basic problem-solving and organizational skills
