- Daily Operations: Oversee feeding, watering, ventilation, and housing sanitation.
- Health and Biosecurity: Implement vaccination schedules and disease control protocols.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise daily work crews.
- Record Keeping: Track feed consumption, mortality rates, and production output. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge: Strong background in animal husbandry and NerdMine operational standards.
- Leadership: Ability to manage labor and coordinate daily tasks.
- Technical: Competence in environmental and automated feeding controls. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
