Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Product Categorization : Categorize and organize a large catalog of products into a structured taxonomy, ensuring logical and user-friendly navigation tailored for e-commerce businesses.
- Attribute Mapping for E-commerce Platforms : Collaborate with product teams to map and define product attributes specifically tailored for optimal presentation on various e-commerce platforms.
- Data Entry and Maintenance for E-commerce Excellence : Input and maintain product data using industry-standard tools and systems, focusing on enhancing the online presence and sales performance on e-commerce platforms.
- Quality Assurance for E-commerce Standards : Conduct regular quality checks on product information, aligning with e-commerce best practices to ensure a high-quality online shopping experience.
- Collaboration with E-commerce Teams : Work closely with marketing, sales, and development teams to align catalog strategies with the unique needs and goals of e-commerce businesses.
- PIM System Management for E-commerce Efficiency : Utilize and manage the Product Information Management (PIM) system, tailoring it to meet the specific requirements of e-commerce clients.
- Continuous Learning in E-commerce Trends : Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in catalog management processes.
- Multimedia Content Management for E-commerce Appeal : Edit and optimize product images and multimedia content to enhance visual appeal and meet the specific standards of e-commerce platforms.
- E-commerce Reporting and Analysis : Generate reports and provide insights related to catalog performance and customer engagement specifically in the context of e-commerce.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing for E-commerce Success : Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members, sharing insights and best practices relevant to catalog management for e-commerce success.
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce catalog management.
- Proficiency in e-commerce tools.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on e-commerce business needs.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
- Familiarity with image editing software is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay updated on e-commerce industry trends.
- Familiarity with Meta Titles and Descriptions adding value to SEO keywords on multi-platforms
