Job Summary
The Pool Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of guests using the swimming pool facilities at Club Mahindra. The role involves active surveillance, enforcing safety rules, responding to emergencies, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards around the pool area.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Safety & Supervision
- Continuously monitor swimming pool activities to ensure guest safety.
- Enforce pool rules and safety regulations politely but firmly.
- Identify potential hazards and take preventive action.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including rescue operations.
