Job description

This is a full-time in office role in Ludhiana. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media marketing strategies, developing communication plans, handling content strategy, managing social media optimization (SMO), and writing content.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Create engaging and trend-driven content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, manage, and execute the social media content calendar to ensure consistent brand communication
- Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality photos, videos, reels, and short-form content independently.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and creating self-shot content when required
- Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and emerging content opportunities to keep our brand relevant and engaging.
- Manage day-to-day social media operations, including posting, community engagement, and audience interaction.




- Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that resonate with college students and strengthen brand awareness.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in social media or content strategy.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
