Job Location: Pune, India

Key responsibilities

- Able to deliver as per client SLAs

- Create and maintain all process documentation and update it on a timely basis

- Manage operations through end-to-end planning, process document review and root cause analysis

- Assist with recent team member training

- Ensure attrition and shrinkage targets are met

- Review overall staff performance

- Process KPI, dashboards and metrics preparations

- Flexible to work in shifts as per business needs

Qualifications

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in medical coding

- Experience in Emergency Department (ED), Same-Day Surgery (SDS), and Observation specialties are preferred

- Proficiency in leading medical coding team is desired

- Good knowledge of using PowerPoint, Excel and other MS Office tools
