We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Senior Accountant with a strong background to join our team in Kochi, Kerala to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and financial controls. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST regulations, TDS compliance, and statutory reporting requirements to ensure operational efficiency.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and financial reporting.

· Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

· Proficiency in Tally Prime, Excel, and ERP software.

· Robust analytical and reconciliation skills.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Key Requirements:Accounts Receivable (AR):

· Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.

· Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

· Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.

Accounts Payable (AP):

· Review, verify, and process supplier/vendor invoices.

· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing issues.

Taxation & Compliance

· Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns,



etc.).

· Ensure timely deduction and payment of TDS and preparation of TDS returns.

· Assist with income tax assessments and statutory audits.

· Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other applicable regulations.

· Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

· Prepare MIS reports and management reports.

· Analyze budget versus actual performance.

Audit & Internal Controls

· Support statutory, internal, and tax audits.

· Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

· Assist in month-end and year-end financial closings.

· Support audits by providing necessary documentation

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.

· CA Inter / CMA / ACCA / M.Com are an added advantage.

· Professional certifications are an added advantage.

Experience

· 3- 5 years of accounting and finance experience.

Experience in GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
