As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within PeopleSoft environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Ability to customize and extend PeopleSoft modules to meet specific business needs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools used in PeopleSoft applications.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices in application engineering.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
