Role Overview

- We are looking for a hands-on ASP.NET Core Developer with strong backend programming expertise.
- The role focuses on building enterprise-grade ERP / SaaS products with complex business logic.
- This position is strictly for core product engineers, not support or coordination roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level ERP backend modules.
- Write clean, scalable, and production-ready code using ASP.NET Core.
- Build and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs.
- Implement complex business workflows and ERP logic.
- Work extensively with large MS SQL Server datasets.
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of ERP systems.
- Participate in:
- Code reviews
- Architecture discussions
- System optimization initiatives

- Collaborate with frontend and product teams for seamless API integration.

Mandatory Technical Skills (Non-Negotiable)

- Backend – ASP.NET Core
- Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core (.NET 6 / 7 / 8).
- Excellent proficiency in C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Experience building RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Strong understanding of:
- Middleware
- Dependency Injection




- Exception Handling
- Logging & Monitoring

- Database & Data Handling

- Robust hands-on experience with MS SQL Server.
- Proficient in:
- Entity Framework Core (EF Core)
- LINQ
- Stored Procedures
- Query optimization

- Ability to handle large, transactional ERP databases.

- Security Best Practices

- Secure authentication using JWT / OAuth.
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Protection against common vulnerabilities:
- SQL Injection
- XSS
- CSRF

- Secure API design for multi-user ERP environments.

- Web & API Concepts

- Strong understanding of:
- HTTP / HTTPS
- JSON
- REST principles

- Experience integrating APIs with frontend frameworks (Angular / React is a plus).

Enterprise ERP Experience (Must Have)

- Proven experience working on enterprise ERP / SaaS products.
- Hands-on exposure to:
- ERP modules (HR, Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, etc.)
- Multi-tenant architecture
- Workflow-driven systems

- Strong product ownership mindset.

Experience Level

- 5–12+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
- Experience in product-based companies is strongly preferred.
