Position: Software Engineer (macOS)
Experience: 2-4 Years
Location: Bangalore (or as applicable)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in macOS/iOS application development. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, testing, and enhancing native macOS applications while ensuring high performance, reliability, and software quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain native macOS applications using Swift and/or Objective-C.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Optimize application performance, stability, and user experience.
- Follow coding standards and software engineering best practices.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience in macOS/iOS application development.
- Strong programming skills in Swift and/or Objective-C.
- Valuable understanding of Cocoa, Cocoa UI,



and SwiftUI frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in developing multi-process-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with Inter-Process Communication (IPC) technologies, such as:
- XPC
- Distributed Notifications
- Mach Ports
- Sockets
- Pipes

- Understanding of background services in macOS.
- Experience using Xcode Instruments for performance analysis and memory optimization, including:

- Memory Leaks
- Allocations
- Zombies
- Performance Profiling
