Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

Own and execute the end-to-end digital marketing strategy for co-working locations and AI-powered offerings

Lead and mentor a digital marketing team (performance, content, SEO, CRM, and marketing ops)

Collaborate with sales, product, community, and operations teams to drive occupancy and retention

Performance & Growth Marketing

Manage paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and emerging platforms

Drive lead generation, conversion optimization, and funnel performance for enterprise and SMB customers

Optimize CAC, LTV, and ROAS through continuous testing and data-driven decisions

AI & Marketing Automation

Implement and scale AI-powered tools for:

Marketing automation and CRM workflows

Predictive analytics and lead scoring

Audience segmentation and personalization

Content generation and performance optimization

Evaluate new AI marketing technologies and recommend adoption

Content, SEO & Brand

Oversee SEO, local search, and location-based digital strategies for co-working spaces

Guide content strategy for websites, landing pages, email, and social channels





Ensure consistent brand voice across digital touchpoints

Analytics & Reporting

Own dashboards and reporting using GA4, CRM, and BI tools

Translate data into actionable insights for leadership

Forecast demand and support expansion strategies using analytics

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in co-working spaces, real estate, adaptable offices, or SaaS platforms

Strong hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms

Expertise in performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and lifecycle marketing

Advanced understanding of analytics, attribution models, and conversion optimization

Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience marketing AI products or AI-enabled platforms

Knowledge of proptech, smart buildings, or future-of-work ecosystems

MBA or advanced marketing certification (preferred, not required)

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
