Job summary;
Responsible for capturing of High-Quality data.
Education-Any Degree,Working experience in data typing and collecting.

Responsibilities;

- Ensuring high standards of Organization requirements are always maintained.
- Ensuring that all Customer requirements are clarified.
- Ensuring the all doubts is clarified before and during the capturing process.
- Ensuring that the timelines are met.
- Ensuring Quality and relevance of data are maintained.
- Open communication with Team.

Duties;

- Capturing spares in Organization standard sheets.
- Cross checking at the end of each page of manual, that correct items are captured.
- Required corrections to be performed before the end of each day’s work.
- Recording the number of lines captured in the Analysis Sheet and PMS MESD accurately.
- Spelling, Font, Letter Case, and location of information to be according to standards.




- Set up meetings with PMS engineers and clarify doubts at fixed times.

Delegation of duties;
All duties will be delegated to another Data Management Executive if available or Senior Data Management Executive.
Skills;

- Remember key principles of effective written and verbal communication.
- Identify specific details accurately.
- Consistently maintain focus and minimize distractions when working on tasks, even in challenging environments.
- Demonstrate satisfactory typing speed (e.g., 40-50 words per minute) with minimal errors, ensuring efficiency in routine tasks.
- Understand basic functions in MS Word and Excel, such as creating, formatting, and editing documents and spreadsheets.
