ABOUT THE ROLE
The Key Accounts Executive is responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience after the sale is completed. This role focuses on onboarding, relationship management, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction to drive retention and repeat business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end banking alliance and carrying out backend operational activities.
- Building a good relationship with the banks and other the concerned vendors.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for assigned due deliegence
- Take ownership and ensure smooth day-to-day operational handling
- Maintain accurate data in Google Sheets and maintaining
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience in post/pre sales function
- Graduation in any stream (mandatory)
- Prior background of startup ecosystem
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced operations workplace
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
