1. Key Responsibilities

A. Inventory Planning & Control

 Maintain inventory records for raw materials, consumables, bought-out items,

WIP, finished goods, tools, spares and outsourced items.

 Maintain minimum stock, reorder levels, safety stock and material planning.

 Coordinate GRN, inward inspection, storage, material issue, returns and

reconciliation.

 Issue materials only against approved BOMs, work orders or material

requisitions.

B. Production Planning & Scheduling

 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production schedules production planning reports and work-order trackers

 Plan production considering customer commitments, material availability,

manpower, machine capacity and QC requirements.

 Monitor planned vs actual production.

C. Production Execution & Shop Floor Management

 Supervise daily production activities.





 Ensure production starts only after availability of approved drawings, materials, machines, manpower and work instructions.

 Ensure compliance with SOPs, BOMs and process requirements.

 Control WIP, cycle time, bottlenecks, rework and rejection.

D. Team & Manpower Management

 Prepare manpower deployment plans.

 Allocate workers according to production priorities.

 Conduct production briefings.

 Monitor attendance, overtime and productivity.

 Ensure balanced manpower utilization.

E. Reporting & Documentation Maintain and submit

 Daily Production Report

 Weekly Production Review

 Inventory Reports

 Production Schedule

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
