Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, managing, analyzing, and scaling campaigns to generate quality leads, website traffic, and conversions while maintaining target ROAS and CPA.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
- Monitor daily campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.





Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and remarketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience with Meta Pixel and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
