Responsibilities

Support AMC revenue by actively following up, tracking renewals, and assisting in AMC conversions for non-group accounts.

Coordinate PCB-related activities, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure timely payment collection.

Identify and support retrofit opportunities through data analysis and coordination with field service engineers (FSEs) and Revenue Managers.

Update CRM systems, generate reports, and maintain regular communication with the field team and Revenue Managers.





Assist in improving overall service revenue by providing efficient backend support and implementing process improvements.

Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to develop and execute revenue-generating strategies.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all revenue-related activities.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of revenue-related metrics to the management team.

Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a revenue support or similar role.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt to recent technologies and processes.
