Sugar360, a brand of Zenvia Health Pvt. Ltd., is a connected diabetes care platform built for a country where most people with diabetes are either undiagnosed or diagnosed but poorly managed. We combine structured, doctor-led care with a connected app that keeps patients engaged between visits, not just during them, so managing the condition becomes a daily habit instead of an occasional consultation. We're an early-stage startup building this from the ground up.

About the role
We're looking for an E-commerce & Dropshipping Operations intern to help build our e-commerce arm from scratch, sourcing diabetic-care products under our own label and getting them live and selling across marketplaces. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one, not a shadow-and-observe internship.

What you'll do

- Find and shortlist vendors and manufacturers who make diabetic-care products, such as glucometers, test strips, supplements, and footwear
- Reach out to shortlisted vendors, ask for price quotes, and negotiate the best possible rate for the quality we need
- Work with vendors to source products we can put our own label on, rather than reselling someone else's brand as is




- Set up and manage our product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and our own Shopify store
- Keep our product catalog, pricing, and stock levels updated and consistent across all platforms
- Keep an eye on which products and channels are actually selling, spot patterns, and flag what we should double down on

What we're looking for

- Genuine motivation and interest in e-commerce and D2C operations, more significant to us than prior experience
- Passionate about working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where priorities shift quickly
- Eager to learn on the job and take ownership without needing constant hand-holding
- Comfortable reaching out to and negotiating with vendors directly
- Organized and detail-oriented, since you'll be juggling multiple vendors and listings at once
- Familiarity with marketplace seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify) is a plus, not a requirement

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Shiliguri, West Bengal (Shiliguri, Darjeeling District)
