Job Title: IT Quality Consultant

We are looking for an experienced IT Quality Consultant to drive quality initiatives, ensure process compliance, and support continuous improvement across IT delivery projects.

Key Skills:

- ISO 9001:2015
- CMMI Level 3/5
- Lean Six Sigma
- ITIL
- Software Quality Assurance (SQA)
- Quality Management System (QMS)

Responsibilities:

- Ensure process compliance and QMS adherence.
- Track quality metrics, risks, escalations, and improvement actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
- Support release quality, audit readiness, and compliance activities.
- Handle customer escalations and contribute to CSAT improvement.
- Conduct quality reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

Certifications:





- ISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor (Mandatory)
- ISO 13485 Internal/Lead Auditor (Valuable to Have)
- ISO 27001 Internal Auditor (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of CMMI Level 3/5

Requirements:

- 6–8 years of IT Quality experience in IT Services.
- Strong understanding of quality frameworks, audits, compliance, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
