As a Management Trainee in Operations Management (Logistics Assistant), your key responsibilities include tracking and arranging Channel Partner (CP) orders for delivery according to zone-wise SOPs, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and managing logistics by creating, registering, and scheduling delivery drivers through ERP. You’ll also support urgent deliveries for prime CPs, onboard drivers, maintain a database of resources, and oversee the availability and management of BOS and inverter SKUs. The role involves maintaining delivery slips, handling returns or breakages, managing inventory, supporting procurement planning, and ensuring quality control. Weekly MIS reporting to the Cluster Manager is required. Robust communication, teamwork, punctuality, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential, along with the ability to manage delivery zones, SKUs, and procurement timelines efficiently.
