Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager cum Technical Trainer to lead and implement Skill Development Programs for ITI students. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with proven experience in training, team leadership, student mobilization, and program execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and implement skill development training programs for ITI and vocational students.
- Deliver technical training in one or more of the following domains:
- Industrial Process & Automation
- Industrial Automation & Control Systems
- Automobile Technology
- Electric Vehicles (EV)
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- ITI Technical Trades
- Lead and mentor trainers, mobilization teams, and project staff.
- Ensure achievement of student mobilization and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with ITIs, colleges, industries, government departments, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor training quality, attendance, assessments, certifications, and placement activities.
- Prepare project reports, MIS, documentation, and compliance records.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (ToT) sessions and technical workshops.
- Ensure timely implementation of project deliverables and achievement of KPIs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical,



Electronics, Automobile, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Certification or specialization in Automation, IoT, EV, Industrial Process Control, or Skill Development will be preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Skill Development sector.
- Prior experience as Technical Trainer and Program Manager is mandatory.

Required Skills

- Strong technical knowledge in Industrial Automation, IoT, EV, Automobile, or related technical domains.
- Excellent training and presentation skills.
- Team handling and leadership capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in target-based student mobilization.
- Project management and implementation expertise.
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting and documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Proven track record of successfully implementing skill development projects.
- Experience working with ITIs, NSDC, government-funded programs, CSR projects, or vocational training initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple centers, trainers, and mobilization teams.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and project requirements.
