- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and streamline support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate incident management and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex system issues.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident response protocols.
- Excellent communication skills to document and convey technical information clearly.
