Senior Executive – Content & Social Media

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Senior Content & Social Media Executive to lead our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content across various formats—videos, reels, posts, ad copies, and visuals—and managing all social media platforms. You will also support broader brand communication and marketing campaigns across digital channels.

Experience - 3+ years Compensation - 30k - 40k per month Required Skill Set:

- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro or any professional video creation tool
- Adobe Photoshop / Canva (for rapid creative development)
- Robust knowledge of social media platforms & trends
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, etc.)
- Excellent command of written and visual communication

Key Responsibilities Area:

1. Content & Video Creation

- Design and develop engaging content for social media: posts, reels, stories, ad copies, and posters
- Collaborate with the video and design team to ensure delivery of high-quality creative assets

2. Social Media Management

- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand objectives
- Plan and schedule content across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube,



etc.
- Monitor performance and track key engagement metrics to optimise campaigns.

3. Website & Blog Content

- Write and edit SEO-optimised blogs and landing pages.
- Maintain consistent tone, brand messaging, and visual identity across web content.

4. Email & WhatsApp Campaigns

- Design and execute engaging emailers and WhatsApp creatives.
- Support tracking and performance measurement for all campaigns.

5. Marketing Collateral & Campaign Design

- Develop print and digital marketing materials: brochures, standees, flyers, posters, and promotional videos.
- Ensure creative assets reflect brand identity and campaign goals.

6. General Marketing Support

- Assist with various marketing initiatives as needed.
- Support the marketing team in campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
