Job Title: Hospital Telecaller

Job Summary

The Hospital Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with appointments, providing information about hospital services, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a positive patient experience through professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

· Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.

· Schedule, reschedule, and cancel doctor appointments.Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and follow-ups.Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, departments, timings, and procedures.

· Register patient details and update records in the hospital management system.

· Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to address patient concerns.

· Handle patient complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.





· Promote health check-up packages, vaccination drives, or other hospital services when required.

· Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

· Prepare daily call reports and maintain call logs.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or Intermediate (12th pass), depending on hospital requirements.

· Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare is preferred.

· Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

· Excellent verbal communication skills.

· Fluency in English and local language(s).

· Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, hospital software).

Working Hours

· 8–9 hours per day.

· Rotational shifts may be required, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
