Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage the organization's IT technology operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in ERP implementation and management, along with strong expertise in system administration, network management. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the implementation, customization, integration, and maintenance of ERP systems.

Manage and optimize the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, software, and security systems.

Ensure smooth functioning of ERP modules and provide ongoing support to end users.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions.

Develop and enforce IT policies,



procedures, and security standards.

Manage data backups and disaster recovery plans.

Oversee vendor relationships, software licensing, and IT procurement activities.

Conduct user training sessions and provide technical guidance to employees.

Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MCA, or a related field.

Proven hands-on experience in ERP implementation, deployment, and support.

Solid knowledge of networking, servers, cybersecurity, and cloud-based technologies.

Experience in the real estate or construction industry will be an added advantage
