Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to oversee and manage production operations in our elevator manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the elevator manufacturing industry and should be capable of ensuring efficient production planning, quality control, and timely delivery while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Installation teams.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor production costs and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Resolve production-related issues and minimize downtime.
- Lead, train,



and motivate the production team for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Elevator Manufacturing Industry (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of elevator manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality management.
- Experience in handling production teams and shop floor operations.
- Valuable leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Salary will be offered based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
