We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and passionate Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and generate quality business leads.

Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the sales team to support business growth through creative marketing strategies, social media management, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Design engaging social media posts, banners, reels, and promotional videos.
- Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Prepare and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up of digital leads.
- Update website content and support SEO improvements.
- Encourage and manage Google Reviews from customers.
- Create email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain Wegasolar's brand identity across all digital platforms.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Freshers with exceptional skills may also apply).
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar).
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the Solar, Electrical, Construction, or Renewable Energy industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management.
- Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
