About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing company and should have a good understanding of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting-related activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to accounts and expenses.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers regarding accounts-related matters.




- Support monthly closing and financial reporting activities.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting entries and records.
- Perform any other accounting-related duties as assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts
- Mandatory experience in a Manufacturing Company.
- Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in a manufacturing industry will be given preference.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
