We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage stock accounting, purchase transactions, inventory records, and statutory documentation using BUSY Software. The ideal candidate should have experience in purchase, invoice processing, and E-Way Bill generation while ensuring accuracy in stock records and financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Record Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Entries, and Material Receipt Notes (MRN) accurately.
- Purchase manage.
- Generate Sales Invoices, Tax Invoices, Delivery Challans, and Credit/Debit Notes.
- Create and manage E-Way Bills for dispatches and receipts.
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts related to purchase and sales transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliation .
- Assist in GST-related documentation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely data entry, proper documentation, and record maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Hands-on experience with BUSY Software (mandatory).
- Purchase and inventory management.
- MRN, Purchase Entry, Stock Transfer, Sales Invoicing.
- E-Way Bill generation.
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
