Job Title: Gravity Die Casting Operator

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate gravity die casting machines as per production requirements.
- Prepare and preheat dies before casting operations.
- Pour molten metal into dies following standard operating procedures.
- Remove castings from dies and perform basic inspection.
- Identify and report casting defects such as blow holes, shrinkage, and misruns.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Maintain cleanliness of machines, dies, and work area.
- Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times.

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th Pass.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Gravity Die Casting operations.
- Basic knowledge of aluminum casting processes.
- Understanding of casting defects and quality requirements.
- Ability to work in shifts.

Skills:

- Gravity die casting machine operation.
- Die preparation and maintenance.
- Quality inspection.
- Safety awareness.
- Teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Industry: Aluminum Foundry, Die Casting, Manufacturing, Engineering.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,400.00 per day
