About the role:

Semnox is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Multimedia Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and creative design. The candidate should be proficient in Adobe tools, Figma, and AI-enabled multimedia creation. Experience in an agency or product-based company is preferred. Exposure to brand campaigns and event marketing is desirable, and basic knowledge of visualization tools will be an added advantage.

What we look for in a candidate:

- Design exhibition booth layouts, event branding, backdrops, standees, and marketing collaterals.




- Create high-quality video content, including reels, promotional videos, and motion graphics.
- Develop digital creatives for social media, websites, and campaigns.
- Use AI tools for multimedia content generation, enhancement, and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for design execution and event requirements.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and event platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors for print and production.

What we look for in a candidate:

- Experience and Education:
a. Minimum 2 years of experience in Design elements.
b. Must have a bachelor’s Degree or a Diploma in designing/ Visual
- Technical Expertise:
a. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma.
b. Experience with AI-enabled multimedia tools (AI image/video generation, automation tools, etc.)
c. Solid video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling skills
d. Knowledge of print production guidelines and large-format designs
e. Understanding of booth layout planning and visual mock-ups

- Leadership and Collaboration:
a. Strong understanding of design language, quickly adopt to design principles and brand guidelines
b. Ownership-driven and accountable
