Role: -

Telematics System S/W Specification Creation, Software Development (V cycle) , Testing & Debugging

Responsibilities: -

Create Telematics high level features, process flows & unit deployment methodology

Create the following specifications w.r.t Telematics System:
1. Vehicle Telematics Feature/Use case Specification

2. Telematics Controller S/W specification

3. CAN & Diagnostic Specification

4. Controller to Server Communication Specification

5. Server specifications (Logic & Cloud deployment)

Vehicle & Bench level E2E (End to End) testing

Coordination of the activities with multiple product owners & process partners while taking care of Quality, Cost & Delivery

Coordination with vendor partners for development of Telematics functions

Competency Requirements: -

Technical/Functional:
(Primary)

Experience in Controller software development C, C++

A good understanding on SW Architecture & Interface

Profound knowledge on vehicle communication protocols

e.g., CAN, LIN, UDS/KWP, BT, WIFI, Ethernet, USB etc.

Good knowledge in SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle

e.g., V cycle, Agile etc.)

Profound knowledge of IOT communication protocols HTTPS, MQTT, TCPIP

Hands On experience of working in cloud workplace (AWS, Google, Azure, IBM, Oracle) using Microsoft Visual Code, Postman,



MySQL & Node JS & developing REST APIs

Knowhow of KAFKA & Containerized server implementation

Should have a natural zeal to understand technology trends in related domains such as consumer electronics etc.

Able to comprehend complex systems, architecture & able to concisely explain and present to related stake holders & management

(Desired but not essential)

Knowledge of Operating Systems (LINUX, Android etc.)

Knowledge of Programming Language for Analytics (Python, R etc.)

(Essential):
B.E / B. Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE

Minimum 60 % marks

(Desirable):
Knowledge of Telematics System (Automotive IOT)

Knowledge of Server & Cloud

Experience:
6 ~ 9 Years

Minimum 3-years of relevant domain expertise in Telematics (Automotive IOT) Domain
