We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Executive (Fresher) to join our Company. The candidate will assist in handling legal documentation, compliance matters, contract management, and regulatory requirements to ensure smooth business operations and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and other legal documents.
- Assist in maintaining statutory records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research on corporate laws, labor laws, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with external counsel for litigation and legal notices.
- Prepare legal reports, case summaries, and documentation.
- Support in company secretarial and corporate governance matters.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company.
- Assist departments (HR, Finance, Operations, Sales) in legal-related queries
Qualification:
LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university with CS (an added advantage)
Experience - 0-1 Years
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of corporate laws and commercial contracts.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Internship experience in corporate legal departments or law firms.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
