Job Summary

HopUp India is looking for an energetic and responsible Floor Manager to manage day-to-day floor operations at our Zirakpur gaming & entertainment centre. The role involves team supervision, customer experience, crowd management, safety, and smooth functioning of all gaming/activity zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day operations of the gaming floor.
- Supervise and guide floor staff, Customer Service and Guest Relations teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints/escalations professionally.
- Monitor gaming zones, arcade machines and attractions to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the Technical/Maintenance team for machine or equipment issues.
- Manage staff deployment, shift allocation, attendance, grooming and discipline.
- Ensure proper crowd management, especially during weekends and peak hours.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and overall floor presentation.
- Ensure all SOPs,



safety procedures and company policies are followed.
- Coordinate with F&B;, Housekeeping, Technical and other departments for smooth centre operations.
- Support upselling, promotions and customer engagement initiatives to achieve operational and revenue targets.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate key issues to management.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years in Floor Operations / Customer Service / Team Handling.
- Experience in Gaming Zones, Amusement Parks, FECs, Hospitality, Retail, Cinema or Entertainment industry will be preferred.
- Robust leadership and team-handling skills.
- Excellent customer complaint and grievance handling skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
