Injection Blow Molding Engineer

Designation: Injection Blow Molding Engineer

Experience: 3-5 Years

Qualification: BE/Diploma

Job Description :

- Processing of IBM Machine with Various Material (Victor machine experience is more preferred).
- Capable of handling frequent Changeover of moulds
- Testing & Trials of new product mould with development team
- Handling machine as per SOP and Maintaining 100% Uptime of machine
- General Troubleshooting of machine during process
- Communication with senior person (Production Manager) for day to day activities
- Maintaining the Reports & Records as per ISO requirement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, quality assurance, and production to ensure seamless integration of current products into manufacturing.
- Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for production issues.
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Providing technical support and training to production personnel on injection blow molding processes.
