Job Brief

As an HR Generalist at iNetFrame Technologies, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our human resources function. Your responsibilities will include:

End-to-End HR Management: Oversee and manage all HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, recognition and rewards (R&R;), onboarding and exit formalities, performance management systems (PMS), payroll, and statutory compliance.

HR Strategy: Execute day-to-day HR operations and contribute to shaping our HR function and employer brand. You will play a key role in enhancing our work culture and sustaining it through employee engagement initiatives.

Role Clarity: Work to enhance role clarity within the organization, ensuring that job descriptions are complete and accurate for all unique roles.

Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement plans to foster a positive and enriching work environment.

Policy Development: Create, amend, implement, and revise HR processes, policies, and procedures within the organization to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Onboarding: Lead the induction process for new employees,



introducing them to their respective departments and roles.

Data Analysis: Generate HR metrics and reports for management to provide decision support, helping us make informed HR-related decisions.

Personnel Records: Ensure the timely and accurate update of personnel records, including personal details, positions, salaries, and more.

Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews, consolidate insights from the exit interview process, and periodically share these insights with the management team to improve our employee retention strategies.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of HRSM systems

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills

Multilingual abilities

Previous experience in the IT industry
