Job Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor production machines efficiently
- Ensure smooth production process and machine performance
- Maintain quality and safety standards in the production area
- Identify and report machine-related issues
- Support maintenance and production teams
- Maintain daily production records

Requirements

- Diploma in Polymer Chemistry or related field
- Experience in polymer, rubber, footwear, or manufacturing industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of machine handling and production process
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
