Role & responsibilities :-

- Manage plant utilities, HVAC, water systems, electrical infrastructure, and preventive maintenance.
- Lead civil projects, factory expansions, office renovations, and machine foundation works.
- Ensure efficient operation and compliance of ETP/STP systems.
- Oversee security operations, CCTV, gate control, visitor management, and contract security agencies.
- Manage employee transportation, canteen services, travel desk, and facility administration.
- Liaise with government authorities (MIDC, MPCB, DISH, Electrical Inspectorate) and ensure statutory compliance.
- Drive EHS implementation and maintain compliance with Factory Act requirements.
- Manage AMCs, facility vendors, contractor performance, and facility budgets (Capex & Opex).

Preferred candidate profile :-





- Graduate with MBA/PGDM in Operations, Administration, or General Management preferred.
- 815 years of experience in facilities and administration within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing multiple plants and a workforce of 500+ employees.
- Solid knowledge of Factory Act, MIDC, MPCB, EHS, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent vendor management, budgeting, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
