Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Rack Helper to assist in maintaining store racks, arranging products, and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and customer-friendly. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, punctual, and willing to work in a quick-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Arrange and replenish products on store racks and cleaning the racks as per company standards.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and easily accessible to customers.
- Check product labels, pricing, and shelf placement.
- Refill empty shelves and maintain adequate stock availability.
- Assist in unloading, loading, and shifting stock within the store.
- Keep racks and aisles clean, neat, and free from obstructions.
- Remove expired, damaged, or misplaced products from shelves and report them to the Store Manager.
- Support inventory counting and stock audits whenever required.




- Assist customers in locating products within the store.
- Follow all company safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.
- Perform any other store-related duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
- Prior experience in a retail store, supermarket, warehouse, or grocery store is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Skills Required

- Basic understanding of product handling and stock arrangement.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move products.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Honest, disciplined, and punctual.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
