We are looking for someone who believes that speech and drama is more than just performing on stage; it's about building confidence, communication, creativity, empathy, and self-expression. If you can inspire students to find their voice, think imaginatively, and communicate with confidence through theatre and performance, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging sessions on Voice Modulation, Public Speaking, Theatre Games, Improvisation, Character Development, Script Reading, Stage Presence, and Creative Expression.
- Guide students in developing confidence, articulation, storytelling, emotional expression, and non-verbal communication.
- Facilitate role plays, skits, monologues, improvisation exercises, and collaborative theatre activities.
- Prepare students for stage performances, showcases, competitions, and public presentations.
- Foster teamwork, creativity, critical thinking,



and self-confidence through experiential theatre-based learning.

Who Can Apply?

- Graduates or postgraduates in Theatre, Performing Arts, Drama, English, Mass Communication, or related disciplines.
- Theatre practitioners, actors, drama facilitators, or individuals with skilled stage experience.
- Candidates with formal or informal teaching, training, or workshop facilitation experience.
- Individuals passionate about mentoring children through theatre and creative expression.
- Trainers from related disciplines who are enthusiastic about being trained in Gyansthan's Speech & Drama curriculum.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
