Secondary:

- Contribute to the quote-to-billing solution design including product catalog definition, the pricing and costing structure
- Design high-level business processes aligned with end-to-end fulfilment journey
- Liaise with technical teams to ensure technical design and solution configurations are aligned with business requirements




- Support system integrations across the quote-to-billing journey
- Coach and mentor junior analysts to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables across the team
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the BA methodology and toolkit

Primary:

- Lead and facilitate workshops to gather, validate and refine business and functional requirements
- Good Understanding of Quote to Cash Cycle. Experience in Configure, Price & Quote Tools along with Pricing is added advantage.
- Foster solid relationship with client stakeholders by understanding their pain points and business needs
- Drive clarity in complex problem spaces and navigate ambiguity to guide stakeholders towards actionable problem statements
- Actively manage customer engagement and expectations throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment on scope, priorities and deliverables
- Translates business requirements to technical requirements/User Stories while balancing them between what’s technically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders by providing sound consulting guidance related to best practices and industry standards adoption
