Mehidpurwala is a fast-growing retail brand known for quality, people-first values, and innovation in the furniture space. We are looking for a Sales and Design Manager for VM, design and Made To Order (MTO) furniture at Mehidpurwala to join our team.

An ideal candidate would have sales grit, a passion for design, prior experience in interior design/architecture and proficiency in providing technical drawings (plans/elevations) and 3D visualizations for clients. A deep understanding of furniture construction, materials, and customization options is a bonus.

*Note-: Salary is incentive based, hence basis on performance, Top performers can even earn additional incentive other than Fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities

1) Client consultation & Client Acquisition: Acquire new clients & understand the needs, style preferences, budget, and space limitations of potential clients.

2) Technical design support: Provide plans, elevations, and 3D views to help visualize products and close orders within the specified timelines.

3) Client conversion: Advise on design options, dimensions, material and fabric choices, finishes for bespoke and custom-made furniture and provide quotations and delivery schedules to drive sales.

4) Project coordination:



Collaborate with the MTO Production department to ensure customer specifications and product specific timelines are met.

5) End-to-end sales: Manage advance payment collection, initial drawing approvals, and final quote updates post-internal confirmation.

6) Customer relationship building: Proactively resolve issues and build long term relationships post-sales to ensure every custom piece meets our standards of excellence and customer satisfaction.

7) Organizational Skills: Manage multiple orders, client interactions, and project timelines.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1)Experience & Qualification-:Min 3+ years’ experience in relevant field and preferably having qualification in Architectural / Interior Designing to assist customers with aesthetic decisions. Should have relevant skills to provide customers with plan, elevation and 3d views for closing orders.2) In-depth Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of furniture construction, materials, and customization options is crucial to advising clients effectively.3) Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and attention to detail to manage multiple orders, client interactions, and project timelines accurately.Employment Type: Full-time, Location : Indore (M.P)
