We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Fund Manager – Equities to lead the management of equity portfolios and drive superior risk-adjusted returns. The role involves developing and executing investment strategies, overseeing research and portfolio construction, and mentoring junior investment professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Portfolio Management
- Manage and oversee equity portfolios across sectors and market capitalizations.
- Make investment decisions aligned with fund objectives, risk appetite, and market outlook.
- Monitor portfolio performance and rebalance holdings as needed.
- Risk Management
- Ensure portfolios comply with internal risk guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously assess portfolio risk exposures and implement mitigation strategies.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and junior fund managers.
- Foster a high-performance and research-driven culture.
