Role: Electrical Engineer

Base Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on Experience & Management direction)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, ITI, Diploma or a related field.

- Requirements:

Solid understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and industrial control panels.

- Ability to travel to client sites when required.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Interact with clients in person or virtually to understand their electrical and automation system requirements.
- Collect technical specifications and assess the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems for industrial automation projects.
- Collaborate with the programming team to integrate PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions.
- Ensure all designs meet industry standards and safety regulations.




- Travel to client sites for system installation, electrical panel wiring, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow strict safety protocols during field work.
- Perform functional testing and validation of electrical systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, wiring issues, or component failures.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, user manuals, and maintenance guides.
- Submit service and project reports to the HOD and internal sales team for claims processing, and expense reports to HR.
- Stay updated on new electrical technologies, industry standards, and automation trends.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance system efficiency and team productivity.
- Support other departments when required to achieve project deadlines.
- Be willing to travel based on project requirements.
