- - 6 to 8 years hands on experience working in automotive wiring harness design & packaging of electrical/electronic components.
- Extensive working experience in CATIA V5 & 3DX (Electrical Harness Design, Part Modelling & Surface design).

- Job Description:

- - A highly skilled CAD qualified with extensive experience in wiring harness routing, specializing in resolving complex interface challenges using the CATIA V5/V6 and 3DEXPERIENCE platforms.
- Expertise in defining optimized harness architectures and routing strategies that minimize weight and cost while ensuring full adherence to Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Electrical & Electronics Systems Engineering (EESE) team to develop concepts and design proposals.




- Ability to independently handle technical design reviews, articulating harness design challenges to engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders to develop robust solutions.
- Prior experience in performing benchmarking studies & packaging studies on electrical/electronic modules/systems and defining their locations in vehicle.
- Knowledge in Vehicle Architecture, Vehicle Aggregate Groups, Sub- Groups, Systems and Sub- Systems.
- Proficient in deciding manufacturing feasibility, assembly and service feasibility.
- Strong communication skill is mandatory to handle Program Stake Holders & Suppliers.
- Good Knowledge in Teamcenter Engineering & Vismockup.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with team members.
- A proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
