Jobin & Jismi IT Services, through its training arm under PrimeVu Innovation, is seeking a Technical Trainer – AI & Programming to design and deliver high-quality technical training to students and early-career learners. The trainer will build learner competency across Artificial Intelligence, Python, and Java, translating industry practice into structured, hands-on learning experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong programming fundamentals with the ability to teach, mentor, and inspire the next generation of software professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Curriculum delivery: Deliver structured training sessions on AI concepts, Python programming, and Java (Core and Advanced) to students of varying skill levels.

● Content development: Design and continuously update course material, presentations, coding exercises, assignments, and assessments aligned to current industry standards.

● Hands-on mentoring: Guide learners through practical projects, live coding, debugging, and real-world problem solving to reinforce theory with application.

● Assessment & evaluation: Set and evaluate tests, coding assignments, and capstone projects; track learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

● AI & emerging tech: Introduce learners to foundational AI/ML concepts, tools, and frameworks, and keep content current with evolving technologies.

● Learner support: Provide one-on-one guidance, resolve technical doubts, and support learners in building portfolios and preparing for placements.

● Quality & reporting: Maintain training records, attendance, and performance data; report outcomes to the Head of Training & Operations.

● Collaboration:



Work with the training and delivery teams to align programmes with organisational and client requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

● Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, technical training, or a combination of both.

● Python: Strong command of core Python, data structures, OOP, libraries, and scripting.

● Java: Solid proficiency in Core and Advanced Java, OOP concepts, and common frameworks.

● Artificial Intelligence: Working knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, key algorithms, and popular tools/frameworks (e.g. NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).

● Sound understanding of programming logic, algorithms, and software development best practices.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

● Prior experience training students, freshers, or corporate teams.

● Familiarity with web development, databases (SQL), and version control (Git).

● Exposure to cloud platforms and modern development workflows.

● Relevant certifications in Python, Java, AI/ML, or instructional delivery.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
