Key ResponsibilitiesTender Management

- Review RFQs, tender documents, technical specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions.
- Prepare complete techno-commercial proposals within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate bid preparation with engineering, procurement, project execution, and commercial teams.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and client discussions.

Estimation & Costing

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for HT/LT electrical systems, substations, switchyards, transformers, DG systems, cable laying, bus ducts, electrical panels, lighting, earthing, and associated works.
- Perform quantity take-offs from electrical drawings and specifications.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Develop project cost summaries, bid comparisons, and management approval notes.
- Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization.

Technical Evaluation

- Interpret SLDs, GA drawings, layouts, and electrical schematics.
- Evaluate project risks, assumptions, exclusions, and execution challenges.




- Support project teams during contract handover and project kick-off.

Commercial Coordination

- Work closely with Business Development during bid strategy and pricing.
- Coordinate with procurement for vendor negotiations.
- Support contract negotiations with clients where required.

Process Improvement

- Maintain historical cost databases and estimation templates.
- Analyze actual project costs versus estimated costs for continuous improvement.
- Implement standardized estimation practices across projects.

Required Skills

- Robust experience in Electrical EPC estimation.
- Knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems, substations, switchyards, and industrial electrification.
- Ability to prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs.
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
