Incoming Material Inspection

· Inspect incoming raw materials and components to ensure they meet approved quality standards and specifications.

· Verify material dimensions, quality, and compliance before releasing materials for production.

· Identify and report non-conforming materials to the concerned department.

In-Process Quality Control

· Perform regular in-process inspections during manufacturing to monitor product quality.

· Ensure manufacturing processes comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

· Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Final Product Inspection

· Conduct final inspection of finished products before dispatch.

· Ensure products conform to customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality requirements.

· Approve products for dispatch after successful quality verification.

Measurement & Testing

· Carry out dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges,



and other inspection tools.

· Record inspection results accurately and maintain traceability of quality checks.

Quality Documentation & Reporting

· Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and non-conformance reports.

· Maintain inspection records and ensure proper documentation for audits and quality compliance.

· Update inspection data in ERP or quality management systems, where applicable.

Quality Improvement & Coordination

· Assist in identifying quality defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

· Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality and reduce rework and rejection.

· Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

- Diploma (Required)

Experience:
