- Understanding of PID (Process & Instrumentation Diagram) prepared by Process/Project team.
- Understanding of I/O list, cable schedule, Instrument list, cable tray schedule, Automation architecture, SLD & wiring drawing.
- Understanding of Motor Control Centre, electrical control panels, PLC panels & remote I/O panels.
- On-field experience of electrical and process automation erection & commissioning.
- Understanding of IEC61439 and other local and international standards.

- Ability to understand Purchase Order/Tender/RFP document to identify specific EIA requirements of the project.
- Preparation of I/O list, cable schedule, Instrument list based on P&ID.;
- Preparation of panel GA & BOQ.
- Preparation of cable tray layout based on cable schedule & plant layout.
- Preparation of SLD & Automation architecture.
- Calculation of panel & electrical site installation material BOQ.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Electric, EPLAN & MS Office software for preparation of Electrical and Automation deliverables for equipment and process plants.
